ALL player's shall play from the same yardage.

Open to all current legal residents of the state of Georgia.

A player may be required to show proof of residency.

If asked a player must present a current Non-expired Georgia driver's license, permit or identification card PLUS TWO (2) of the following:

1. Utility bill issued within the last thirty (30) days of the date of Championship/Qualifier.

2. Bank statement issued within the last thirty (30) days of the date of Championship/Qualifier.

3. Current valid rental contracts and/or receipts for payments made within the last thirty (30) days for rent payments of the date of the Championship/Qualifier.

4. Employer verification, including, but not limited to, one of the following:

a. Paycheck or paycheck stub within the last thirty (30) days of the date of Championship/Qualifier.

b. Letter from employer on company letter head with Georgia address on letter head.

c. W-2 for current calendar year.

5. Health insurance statement.

6. State of Georgia or Federal income tax return for current calendar year.

7. Annual social security statement for current or calendar year.

8. Medicare or Medicaid statement.

9. Mortgage, payment coupon, deed, or property tax bill for current calendar year.

A player may be assisted by a caddie, but he is limited to only one caddie at any one time.

Participants are required to use a golf car. The fee for the golf car is included in the entry fee. All players’ bag must be on a golf car and only two (2) golf cars per-group will be allowed.

$25 cart fee per player plus tax.

Practice Rounds available July 20 – July 24, July 26, and July 30- July 31, August 2nd, and in afternoon of August 3rd after completion of Pro-Am.

All participants will be required to present a neat appearance, appropriate to a professional golf tournament in both clothing and grooming.

ALL PGA & Non-PGA PROFESSIONALS ARE NOT be allowed to begin/play a tournament round wearing shorts.

Denim blue jeans are not considered appropriate attire.

ALL AMATEURS MAY wear shorts with the following stipulations:
*Shorts will be a Bermuda style with solid traditional colors (no cargo, board, tennis or denim) at a length no shorter than slightly above the knee.

If, after being asked to comply with the policy, a player does not comply with any part of this policy, they will be removed from the competition, (no refund).
