Qualifying is open to current legal residents of the state of Georgia. A player may be required to show proof of residency.
If asked a player must present two of the below items:
1. Current GA driver's license, Georgia ID card (issued by Department of Driver Services.
2. Current Georgia automobile registration.
3. Voter registration card.
4. Previous year's Georgia Income Tax Return (NOT a W-2).
5. Warranty Deed to property at the same address as is displayed on the Georgia Drivers license or Georgia ID. |

| Withdrawal and Refund Policies: |
|---|
1. Withdraw before the entry deadline (10:00 a.m. Friday, July 31) and you will recieve a full refund less a $10 administrative fee.
2. Withdraw after the entry deadline, but before the first group tees off in the qualifier, a player will receive a full refund less a $75 administrative fee.
3. Withdraw after the first group tee off in the qualifier, a player will forfeit the entire entry fee. |
